We aim to share ideas and discussions held by experts to advance our understanding of diplomacy. Through events, we want to set the agenda for diplomacy tomorrow through our network. Each year, the Oxford Diplomatic Society hosts a series of high-profile social events, including our annual Gala Dinner in Oxford. Members of the society are also invited to attend the London Diplomacy Ball, which bring together students, alumni, and distinguished guests from the worlds of diplomacy, politics, and academia.

With close proximity to London, we arrange embassy trips to London for our members to visit delegations and have a talk at their premisses. We also visit think-thanks, multilateral organisations, and others who will add to the discussion.

An Annual, immersive programme designed to equip members with the practical skills required for diplomatic and international careers. Gain hands-on experience from practitioners in all fields to improve skills and develop tools, ranging from negotiations to speechwriting to policy drafting.
