Theme Officer (China)

Bowen Han (he/him) is a second-year MPhil of Politics, Comparative Government. He is on the events team and interested in China's diplomatic relations with the western world, particularly China-EU and China-US. Through his previous work at the Oxford China Forum, he has developed connections with Chinese establishment figures ranging from professors to state advisors and is keen to invite them to host conversations with Oxford scholars and students. Bowen wants to host more China-related events to diversify the perspective and market the society to the Chinese student community at Oxford, as well as help establish a presence for the diplomatic society on Chinese social media to further that goal.
