Richard Wright has worked for nearly 40 years in the EU and the UN.

Most notably, Richard was the EU Ambassador to Russia from 2000 to 2004, as well as the Director of the New York Office of The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) from 2012 to 2017. Richard was a visiting fellow at the Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs Harvard University in 2010/11, and since returning to the UK in 2017 Richard has been engaged in a number of activities including participation in Election Observation Missions, most notably in Ukraine in 2019.
